2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
7. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for the return and shipment of the new item.
